Some mdf relief prints...

These are some of my Lino block prints. You can't see it very well (poor photography) but there are line details printed underneath the coloured ink layers.

They are prints of my mum and my brother when they were li'l babies. The pocket on the shirt and the knife in mum's hand are raised with foam core.

This was a project based around the phrase "Feel The Opulence..."

"Please Don't Go, We'll Eat You Up, We Love You So..."

I made this piece last year, they were inspired by Spike Jonze's book and the movie "Where The Wild Things Are". It is a triptych, made from fur covered canvases (roughly 300 x 200 mm), polymer clay, teddy bear eyes and felt.

The piece is titled after a line from the book, where the monsters are begging Max not to leave them. It's my favourite book of all time.
